Being that this last week was a recovery week my total workout hours dropped from about 20 hours a week to 12. That gave me time on Sat to hook up with Jody Weisberg, our magical designer, to work on the kit for race day.
Things are coming together nicely....although this here
was just a practice round.
A lighter week just means less, not none.....!
Multitasking is pretty much growing on me like a third arm. That happens with your life becomes Multisport! Eating, Icing, can Phoning....
