So much of life is about us pushing our limits. I had a coach once tell me that "Only those who risk going too far, know how far they can really go."
How far can you really go?
How good can you be?
Can you be the best?
Do you have the strength, ability, and willpower to be a 'game changer'
Will you ever know if you don't go for it?
There is something about breaking in to uncharted territory that is additively rewarding...I guess that is what keeps me going as I my body aches back!
Running is just intense....and being slow, and trying to run fast is kind of like putting that ole square peg in the round hole. Thankfully, I am experiencing enough progress that I am motivated to keep pressing on toward my goal. Today's result was 13 miles in 1:49......Its hardly impressive...but its the best that I have done. Can I do more??? Maybe....but this is good for today.
My feet hurt!
